Join Leading Childhood Practitioners and Researchers on ECCE 2017

ECCE is one of the largest and authoritative early childhood psychology and education annual conferences in the world, and it consistently attracts attention of the most prominent specialists in these fields.

In 2017 the International Conference “Early Childhood Care and Education” will be held for the sixth time. Each year more and more early childhood specialists from all over the world visit it bringing in fascinating new approaches, methods and studies, and inspiring collaboration and discussions as well as setting up new goals and directions for the entire discipline.

Since the first conference in 2011 dozens of leading early childhood practitioners, researchers and dignitaries take part at ECCE as speakers, while thousands of participants visit it annually to exchange knowledge. Many scientific research organizations will be presented at the conference, including University of Gothenburg, National Association for the Education of Young Children, American Psychological Association, Nordic Early Childhood Systems Approach Research group, The Russian Psychological Society and many others.

By joining ECCE 2017, participants can attend a number of sections devoted to various hot topics as well as meet 1500+ scientists and child psychologists to easily share and gain experience thanks to simultaneous interpreting provided for all events. First announced keynote speakers are Roger Säljö (University of Gothenburg, Sweden), Stephanie Olmore (NAEYC, USA), Antonio E. Puente (American Psychological Association, USA) and Marina D. Vasilyeva (Boston College, USA). More Keynote speakers will be announced soon.

Currently, the approximate list of sections at ECCE 2017 covers such themes as child-adult communication, cognitive development of children, ethical issues in education, mass media and early childhood development, mathematics in preschool, role of play in early childhood and many others. The International Conference “Early Childhood Care and Education” is held every year since 2011 under the auspices of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO and the World Bank. No doubt participants from over 30 countries and a number of prominent speakers made ECCE one of the largest annual conferences on early childhood and education in the world. ECCE 2017 will be held in Moscow, at LomonosovMoscowStateUniversity during May 10-13, 2017. The official languages of the conference are English and Russian with simultaneous interpreting provided for all events.
